Passionate about animals since childhood, Dr. Sally
Osborn combined this love and her interest in the sciences to become a small
animal veterinarian. She graduated in 1987 from Purdue's School of
Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Osborn spent her first two years at Westside
Animal Clinic in Richmond, Indiana followed by seven years at Brandywine
Animal Hospital in Greenfield, Indiana. In 1997, her family moved back
to Wayne County where she acquired Greens Fork Animal Hospital. Dr.
Osborn's medical interests include ultrasound and internal medicine but above
all she enjoys getting to know her patients and clients, watching the bond
develop between them and playing a role in nurturing that bond.
She and her husband, Tim Basford, who is the associate pastor at
First
Friends Meeting in Richmond, have two daughters, Hannah and Leah; one son,
Peter; one cat, Boo Kitty; a loyal golden retriever, Jake; and an energetic
Pembroke Corgi, Regan.
