Biannual physical exam
Stool check (dog's habits make them prone to contracting worms).
Heartworm testing/preventative - we recommend year round prevention.
Unless your dog missed a month of preventative or if there is a clinical reason (such as coughing) we won't test your dog every year.
Vaccinations
Flea prevention/treatment - wonderful monthly products are available - just ask us!
Teeth cleaning
Teeth cleaning is not only to keep the breath smelling better but to prevent more serious disease such as kidney, liver, heart infections, and sinus infections/abscesses.
Switch to adult maintenance diets.  We offer Science Diet Canine maintenance.  After 7-8 years of age, we recommend Science Diet Senior diet.
Annual blood tests to detect disease early.
